Chérine Debbas is a family business advisor and an executive coach. Her area of expertise is in family and corporate governance as well as in executive and systemic coaching. She brings her skills, experience and passion to support her clients in delivering on their objectives.
Chérine also serves her family’s 100-year old business in the capacity of corporate secretary and board member. She experienced first hand the joys and challenges of growing up in a family business.
In partnership with Stand For Women, Chérine has developed and delivered the Women in Leadership program at ESA business school and in other corporations.
Chérine has also worked for a leading multinational firm where she held several positions in marketing and human resources.
Chérine is certified as a Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC), in Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSCC), in Team performance Coaching (CTPC) and also as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). She also holds a Master of Science in Management from HEC France.
Arthur Lestrange is an educator, dramatist, and researcher in the field of applied linguistics and coaching. After a rich experience in the field of teaching (Drama, English, French), he became a member of an international traveling theatre company before founding his own performing arts entity. He has devised and directed festive and immersive performances in Europe and Africa for children and adults, dancers and musicians, actors and performers from all walks of life. Today, with Chérine Debbas, he is co-creating a new inventive force in the field of consulting and coaching to bring an empowering and transformational experience to their clients.
